Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • Prior to the shipping of your order, you may cancel it (usually 2 days after your purchase). If your product has already been dispatched, you can return it for a full refund up to 7 days after the date of delivery. You can email bhardwajayur@yahoo.com or give our customer care a call. The comprehensive instructions on how to return the merchandise will be mailed to you. Additionally, we can organize a pick-up from your location at a time that works for you.

  • Our Quality Assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it is received.

  • Any item that exhibits wear or has been used, unsealed, or damaged is not eligible for return under the 7-day policy.

  • Within 10 days of receiving the product, if it passes our quality inspection, we will credit the amount to the account you used to make the payment.

  • All exchanges must be made within seven days of the original purchase and include the product, its packaging, and the original invoice.

  • We have the right to cancel any orders if we suspect a customer of engaging in fraudulent activity or a transaction that violates the website's terms and conditions. All fraudulent transactions and consumers will be kept on a negative list, and we will either refuse them access or refund any orders they have placed.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept special/custom orders for returns or exchanges.

  • We do not reimburse customers for shipping costs paid when returning items.

  • In the following circumstances, returns are not permitted:

  1. Used products

  2. The return request is submitted after the allotted time has passed.

  3. Products, including price tags and labels, that have been tampered with or lack serial numbers
